Anyone still getting the 0x80820003 error?

I am unable to play game discs in my xbox one. Dunno what the fix is, power recycling does not work for me at all. Might have to go back to my old 360 console now.

Any idea what's going on and how to solve this?

hey all I just bought cod mw2 disk to play on my xbox one but when I put the disk into my console I keep getting 2 different error message coming up they are

(0x80820002) and (0x80820003-0x75)

can anyone tell me how to fix this

Is there a specific error message when you receive that error code? Let's start by removing your Xbox Live profile from your Xbox One profile and sign back in. To do that follow these steps:

• Remove an Xbox Live profile from the Xbox One
  
• Press and hold the power button on the Xbox One console for 10 seconds, once the unit has fully powered down go ahead and turn it back on.
  
• Sign into your Xbox One

I already did that before posting here. However, I don't remember if I actually removed my profile from Xbox One. So, I tried it once again.

The error that I am getting is "Unable to read the disc, the disc may not be clean. Please clean the disc and try again". Error coe 0x80820003-0x35 .... Before you ask me whether I tried cleaning the disc, yes I did. Plus it's a new game disc

And to top it all, I ordered two more new game discs and tried those two as well .... getting the same error in all the 3.

I have the exact same issue and error code. BluRay discs work without any issue. I only receive the error message with Xbox One titles.

0x80820003 0x35

I've got the same error too with 3 brand new discs. Tried the profile log-out, log-in. Tried factory resetting. Tried updating fully again after the factory reset. Still no luck. :-(

 

At this point, if you still have issues, i would really advice you to contact xbox support.

You never know, it might be a DVD drive failure
