Greetings, ColossalChain60. Can you describe your situation in a little more detail for us? If you are attempting to redownload your profile onto your console, can you try redownloading it onto a flash drive as opposed to your hard drive? Give it a shot

I understand that you can now disable it through xbox.com but where was this option months ago? If I had this option back then then I would never be in this predicament.
