Anyone on the New Xbox Preview Experience.??....Help needed.

Hey all,

I recently changed My registration to the New Xbox Preview Experience,All 79 of My games work except one "OverWatch",I was able to play OverWatch for weeks until I went to play it this past Monday and it fails to load.

I have uninstalled it several times,Re-installed it offline,online with and without updates and yet it does nothing,I have hard reset My Xbox,Deleted My profile and re-installed it,Basically done everything I can.

I even had My disc exchanged.

The OverWatch screen loads then the Kinect flashes and the screen goes black and it goes back to the dashboard.

all My friends are in the new experience and all they have problems with is the Xbox films.

is anyone experiencing this issue?,I have reported it to Xbox.

When you signed up for the new dash you were warned that it could cause issues & that a factory reset was part of reverting back to the old dash.

A factory reset is the only way to wipe the new dash from your hard drive.

Also factory resetting your Xbox One while in the NXOE doesn't reset it back to the regular dashboard, there's additional steps which need to be taken.

Q: Can I opt-out of the New Xbox One Experience Preview?

A: Yes. During the Preview period, there are two ways you can opt-out of receiving New Xbox One Experience Preview updates.

Prior to receiving the New Xbox One Experience Update Preview, take no action – we’ll default you to remaining on the Existing Xbox One Experience preview. You’ll still get the benefits of Preview, like Backward Compatibility, but you’ll stay on the current
Xbox One update that’s available to the public. Later, just before the general release of the New Xbox One Experience, we’ll update your console to the latest Preview build, so you’ll still get it a little early.

In the Registration area of the Xbox Preview Dashboard, you can choose Remove to remove your console from the program entirely. Your console’s removal will be processed within 72 hours.

If you'd like to remain a part of the Preview program and return to the original Xbox One experience, open the Registration area of the Xbox Preview Dashboard, select 'Change' and then select 'Preview - Original Xbox One Experience'. Like the Remove option
above, your console will take a factory reset as part of this change.

NOTE: If you choose this option after taking the New Xbox One Experience Preview update, your console will go back to the current general release of the Xbox One software, but this will restore factory defaults on your console, and erase all
locally stored accounts, apps, games, saved games, settings, and home Xbox associations. We encourage all users to download/copy your favorite games to External Hard disks to ensure a quick recovery option in the event of data loss from a removal.

If you are in the Preview Program and are using "The New XBOX ONE Experience", are glitches and bugs expected, and all we can do for now is to report them
