Anyone now where to get licensed parts for the Elite controller?

Anyone know where I can buy genuine replacement parts for the Elite controller? I love the controller, generally, but like a lot of people have experienced, one of my bumpers has gone flat...just two weeks after the 90-day warranty expired. :-/

And when I try to follow MS's virtual assistant's instructions, I just keep getting returned to a page wanting me to enter a serial number...and which won't take my Elite serial number. More :-/

Where can I register my Elite Controller to buy replacement parts?

I just lost one of my Elite Controller's thumbsticks. I read on another forum that when you register your controller you can buy replacement parts. Now I don't know where I can register my controller. Can anyone help me?

 

Elite controller rubber grips peeling off

The rubber on my elite controller is coming away. Looked everywhere and I can't find anywhere that sells or has stock of the back cover
and the side grips. :-(

Happy to pay for the parts as it's out of warentee if I could find somewhere that has any...... Does anyone know where I can get some?

They were only able to tell me that the part is not available...even though it's, from what I can tell, the "not-if-but-when it will fail" part for this $150 controller. That was disappointing.
