Anyone not getting reward points?

Discus and support Anyone not getting reward points? in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I have not received any credits for all of March I believe and have over $200 in purchases?     Anyone not getting reward points?


    I have not received any credits for all of March I believe and have over $200 in purchases?

    Anyone else have this issue? I am still getting VIP gems but that is it.

    Can anyone else connect to Xbox live?

    Help! Rewards not working

    I'm not getting any reward points for any of the games I buy / preorder and none either for the achievements I get too. I'm only getting rewards for taking surveys.. please can anyone help with this it's quite annoying. I've got my 1 star rank too and still
    haven't got anything.

    VIP rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. So it would be too soon to see credits pending for March purchases.

    From our FAQ:

    When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

    The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
    terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
    MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

    We have not yet calculated last month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending.

    Excusses and refusal by Support to issue rewards

    you would need to post on the rewards forums but do note that the rewards system is changing

    anyone with pending points are having them issue to the gamertag as the points will be phrased out when the new dashboard update gets released.
