anyone know why I can not download the 360 games that appear with gold from my xbox one ????

I am also having problems when downloading Xbox 360 games with Gold for Xbox One. I have a valid payment on file. I click download and a message appears saying this game will appear on your Xbox 360. It does not appear on my Xbox One in my games waiting
to be installed. Can someone please help. I have also spoken to an agent on Xbox live chat and followed the instructions to the letter and still cannot download Xbox 360 games.

does anyone know how digital games downloaded from Xbox gold will work for the games downloaded on the XBOX 360 system? will they be downloaded on the XBOX 1 system?

360 Games downloaded with Games with Gold will (s far as i know) still work on One without anything. Only One Games Need Gold or Gamepass to work .

for me, my old GwG Games i downloaded on 360 will still work without Gold and co. on One.

But hey, why without Gamepass…

I'm trying to download on my Xbox One Deus EX Human (360) from Gmes with Gold from my PC. When i click on Link "GOLD EXCLUSIVE PRICE" appear this page:

If i Downlad a Live Gold game from Xbox One all works fine.

Help Please
