Anyone know where I can track my order of a new xbox one under my warranty?

You can't track the whole process of the repair but you should be able to see when it's been received and shipped back from the repair page.

You could also call phone support to see if they have an update on the repairs as well. However, if you just recently sent it in I would recommend waiting at least a week for it to return.

Mr. Punem - If you look under "Your Account" in the top righthand corner then go to "Your Orders", it will say what you've ordered, and the current status of the package.

The exact same thing happened to my Xbox too, the problem with mine was the power supply. I had to get a new one ordered. If the Xbox is still under warranty, you should get it free of charge but try contacting Xbox support so they can walk you through it
step by step first.

Controllers (except Elite's) have a 90 day warranty, so it would not be covered....unless it came with a console, in which case, the warranty may be 12 months (or it was with my controller). Go to your Microsoft account and check devices to see if it's under warranty or not...if it is, then you can start a replacement order; if not, there's not much you can do besides buying a new one.

If you bought it from a 3rd party (ie not Microsoft itself), then they may be willing to replace it

This has been reported coming from the power brick of the XBOX 360, listen closely to the power brick and see if you can pin it down. If that's the case, and it's really bothering you if your XBOX 360 is under warranty (you can check here
XBOX Warranty Service) and request a new power adapter from there, they will give you instructions on where to send the old one back before they can send you a new one. If it's not under warranty there
is a fee for a new power adapter and you can see the fee on the site.
