come out with an update that will allow you to turn off the stupid controller vibration at the system level? I know some games allow you to do this, but the game that I am playing, Battlefield 4, does not. It annoys the hell out of me to have the controller
shake every time something blows up.

Sorry if this has been covered before I'm new to Xbox and this forum and I didn't see a "search" button.

Don't know but definitely not anytime soon because wile Sony is acquiring the rights to many ww companies, MS is still unable to solve the 0040 login issue...

There isnt an option in battlefield 4 to turn the rumbling off. I'm not sure a update can affect a controller only the console and kinect.

It should be an option in the in-game menus, not really the console itself since nowhere on the OS interface does the controller rumble... It's up the developers of games if they want players to be able to turn the vibration off.
