Anyone know the procedure for escalating a complaint?

After the offline update I was told by support to download and install turned my xbox one into a $500 dollar paper weight, I was next told to send it in. The packaging label I was told I would get in 24 hours never arrived. Next I was told to log into
my repair request and print it from there. It wasn't there. After that I was told I would most definitely get it by the end of the day yesterday, and it never came. Finally, today I was told since there is no fedex facility in my town I am to wait to send
it in until they build one. As in a fedex store. I actually have a screen shot of this conversation, and if I knew how to format the photo correctly I would post it here. I even offered to mail the xbox one to them at my own expense, and they wouldn't do
that either. So, my question is who do you complain to when the online support won't kick you up to a supervisor and no one will help?

Filing a report on a player

As an ambassador you should know the reporting procedure.

I don`t see how cheating in front of an ambassador is any different to cheating in front of anyone else.

Well not being accepted is a given you cant escalate it because the program is full

Theynwont be accepting anyone for a very long time

Escalating something when there is no more room wont help b there is a waiting list for spots you wjll just have to wait

Yea. I have had issues myself with support in the past. Trust me we work with them and some of them are cool but some of them are just worthless. You can't report them. I have tried reporting a couple in the past myself. There is no way to get in touch with
their management. And it is upsetting. If you have a warranty for your Xbox bring it to the store you bought it from with the receipt and get a new one. Sorry that this is happening to you.
