Turtle Beach Elite 800x Dolby atmos setup on Xbox one X

Has anyone else got Turtle Beach elite 800x setup on their Xbox one X. I have setup according to the website. but what setting should be on the headphone eq preset be set to. I have currently set it to stereo mode and set Xbox to Dolby Atmos via optical
cable.

Also my Xbox is set to instant on, saves waiting for updates. My headphones transmitter remains on even after charging. and even when Xbox is switched off.

Is it normal for the headphones transmitter to remain on unless I unplug the usb lead or unplug my Xbox from mains. Does the headphones transmitter not have auto power off after charging, and then come on if you lift off headphones or turn on Xbox or turn
on headphones. It's a bit annoying if I have to unplug and plug in usb power lead to turn off or on headphones transmitter.

has anyone else had any experience with these headphones?

Probably as long as you have the adapter. You will need 1 anyway if you want to use different headsets either way

Not trying to be a PS4 fanboy, but a PS4 can use just about any headphone.

I don't know about the Xbox 360 headphone jack, but for some reason it worked on one of my older phones. What type of jack does it use?

The XO FOUR turtle beach does have the Xbox one stereo adapter included and will be connected to your wireless controller. Just like the headset that came with the box. It will have game volume as chat volume buttons on it. I just wonder if anyone knows
if you can use the turtle beach headset on your tv, just to watch regular cable TV. Does anyone have any experience with this? Can you just plug it in your headphone jack on your tv?

Does anyone know if I will be able to attach a regular PC mic (the pink 3.5 jack only) to this and use it? My plan is to use the optical out for audio and into a headphone amp and use my studio headphones (no mic attached to this pair). This leaves the mic
to be dealt with. I will be using a Zalman clip on mic and need to know if I would be able to just plug it into the adapter.

Ok i just found out for anyone that didn't know there is a way of doing it by buying quite expensive headphones with either connection through Teslink into a like "router" box which than send 5.1 signal to the head phones or you can just plug the headphones
using the audion (white and red) cables but im not sure if that give full 5.1 soround sound
