    Anyone know how to fix the Time Played error?


    I'm using GamePass on a PC.



    However, when I play a game for an hour, instead of updating immediately after I turn off the game, it takes between 10 and 20 minutes for the game time to update.



    Then the delayed time is added to the time I played and the game time is updated.



    Because of this, I played several short games, so even though I played for 3 hours, the statistics showed 5 hours.



    It didn't do this at first, but does anyone know how to fix it?

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you with your concern.

    Make sure that all packs and DLCs are installed on your end by following the steps below:

    "Go to "My games and apps" > Installed games > Highlight the game > Press the Menu button > Go to "manage games and add-ons" > Click the game icon. "

    That’s a great suggestion - however I’ve also tried that and checked to see if everything has been installed and it still comes up.

    Please make sure you sign in to https://account.xbox.com/settings and validate that the setting in this screenshot is set to "allow" or "everyone.

    Also, make sure that you have an active Xbox Live Gold subscription or Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. Here you go:

    Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide, and then select System > Settings > Account > Subscriptions.

    Nevermind...seems posting fixes everything. Suddenly the map returned to normal and I wasn't stuck.
