Anyone know about accounts being suspended?

Hi.

I was suspended for a day yesterday and have no idea why.

I've been a gold xbox live user on the same gamertag and profile for almost 10 years without a problem.

I'm a 40+ year old mum for crying out loud! I haven't even really been on it this year and when I do we always stay in private party chat so i haven't spoken to anyone on there that isn't either my husband or a friend that has been with me for the 10
years.

I know it's finished now but its quite annoying to get into troubke and be punished fir something and not know what it is or when I could have done it.

Anybody got any ideas?

The numbers at top are screaming at me. First glance I thought they might have been times to watch the in game tv thing. But nope.

The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions/bannings, so no one here would no specifically why you were suspended. Basically with the information you posted, you had something in your profile that violated the Code of Conduct.

Just wondering, how do I get a hold of the agents on the enforcement team. My account got suspended for what I don't know. I talk to 2 people on Xbox and they're both my friends and it's always private chat, secondly I don't message anyone so how is my account
being suspended for nothing?????

The only people that can look at the reason your account was suspended would be the xbox live enforcement team.

They do not monitor these forums nor do they monitor any chat.

The only way to reach them is through their website enforcement.xbox.com and through the case review process.
