Anyone know a fix to this

ok so my xbox has this problem where the installation stops like at 3% everytime i try to install any game that is large and requires you to update and install the game or install the game later like for example gtav is a big app and bo3 is one to but it
downloads fully with other games like watch dogs 2 and mkx. Oh and btw i have those games i listed all on disc. and they are all brand new with no scratches or dust i know it cant be my xbox because it can still download games that dosent require a update
to install i tried everything the support agent told me to so do any of you guys knows a fix to this? feel free to ask me questions about what you think may be the problem

@aCheeseyPenguin as far as i know i cant stop playing it. its so awesome lol but skyrim will take its place lol i dont get any lines its just a bunch of bright green flashes that get really annoying so i end up quiting and looking for a new match and hope

same here..not often though..green flashes, really bright but very quick.

 

Try installing the games offline.

After that try installing only the updates online (automatically)
