Anyone here using their Pipboys?

I didn't order one because I couldn't imagine myself using it, but I'm using the app every time I play. I REALLY don't like to have to use the in-game pipboy.

I love that I can repair my character or take drugs as I fight without having to leave the screen. VERY NICE!

I also like to journey around while watching what direction I'm going on the map screen.

The app is completely indispensable to me now that I'm used to it. I once had to play without it and I was pretty unhappy. : (

Anyone on here using Twitter?

I rarely tweet anything, and only follow a few people. I follow a few EPIC employees, Halo Waypoint, and Gearbox Software for gaming updates. You occasionally get cool stuff like DLC codes or Shift Codes. I also follow theonion for laughs.

I have used mine a couple times just to try it. My son is using his every time. For me it was fun a few times but i'm too old for two screens.

 

Too old for two screens? Or wearing a Pipboy?? I can understand not wearing a real life Pipboy because it would be a tad silly I think. But the app is extremely useful for my reasons listed above. It makes everything easier.

 

Both. The app is great yes, just not easy for me with trifocals.

 

The app is great for me, being a bit older now.the old eyesight on reading onscreen writing is a chore, but with the app handy I'm able to pull it up and read it fine... Didn't think I would like it at first, thought it would be just a novelty, but finding
it more and more useful to this old-school gamer.

 

Would use it, if it fitted an HTC One : (
