    Profile / Saving transferation from One to 360

    As WPAK stated games saves transfer via the cloud if you are using the Xbox One, that includes 360 back compat games too. As long as the game is fully synched up to the cloud, then you should have no issues accessing the saves on your Xbox 360.

    My backups have disappeared from the Xbox 360 cloud

    But the issue does not concern the savings on the cloud for Xbox 360.

    Are you experiencing the cloud syncing issue when playing a Xbox One game or a Xbox 360 backwards compatibility game? If this is for a backwards compatibility game, did you ensure that the saves you're loading are syncing fully to the cloud? For steps on
