Anyone having problems playing C.O.D. MW2- XBOX 360 on Xbox one and Xbox one X?

I've recently bought C.O.D. MW2 digital game to play on my Xbox one consoles. It was fine when I bought it.

But now it just started having problems game takes long time to find players on multiplayer online, when it finally finds a match the game gets stuck and makes a static sound.

When choosing create a class it happens too gamr gets stuck and itsi starts making static sounds. I already tried uninstalling game and install it again, nothing seems to have solve the problem.

Can someone help me of how to fix Call of Duty:MW2(Digital) on my Xbox one?

Can you try to remove and add your account again? be sure you have your login information.

Hi!

Try to clear the cache by holding down the power button for 10 secs and try again. The search for players may take time because it's a fairly old game and multiplayer players are, obviously, decreased.
