Anyone having issues with internet explorer on xbox 1??

You might just want to do a hard reset on the console, and clear the persistent storage. Try to also delete your profile, and then download it again. If that doesn't work, you can always try to restore your console to factory defaults. Sounds like there
might be some corrupted files in your internet explorer app

Turned off cookies and turned on tell websites to stop tracking me,also deleted history..everthing is back to normal..

its a home hub issue. i had to open internet explorer on the xbox and go through a silly 1 time setup.

Install Explorer

1. From Xbox Home, go to Apps and select Browse Apps.

• Browse or search for Internet Explorer.
• Select Internet Explorer to download the app. When the download is complete, the Internet Explorer app automatically starts.
  

To start Internet Explorer later, go to Apps, My Apps and then Internet Explorer.

2. Sign in to Xbox Live with an Xbox Live-enabled gamertag.
   
3. Delete Internet Explorer:
   
   1. Restart your Xbox console.
      
   2. Go to Settings and select System.
      
   3. Select Storage.
      
   4. Select All Devices.
      
   5. Select Games and Apps.
      
   6. Highlight Internet Explorer and Press Y.
      
   7. Select Delete and choose Yes to delete all items for Internet Explorer.
      
4. Reinstall Internet Explorer:
