ANYONE HAD THIS PROBLEM ?

This happens when i try redeeming my membership. Ive tried it on the xbox and on my phone with the xbox app and i still get the same msg.

Does anyone had this problem?

When I trying to sign in to Xbox.com, it keeps getting an error Message.. I have no problem getting into the homepage, Friends, etc...

I also keep getting an Error message, when trying to remove a payment option...

I tried going to Xbox Support for help, it didn't work. It kept getting me an Error Message...

Does anyone have this kind of problem? when signing to Xbox.com

ok, soo i downloaded MW3 from games on demand and it tells me unreadable disk. This isnt possible since i dnt have a game disk. I have done this twice and also deleted the cache's. I also notice that the updated didn't look like it was from my region
soo i was wandering if anyone has had this problem, and if soo what can i do about?

Remeeming errors can be caused by issues on the account itself. Be sure to check if your billing information is correct at http://billing.microsoft.com and also check http://account.microsoft.com/services for any outstanding amount issues, these need to be
sorted prior to being able to redeem codes.

After that try redeeming the code on both xbox console and via xbox.com/redeemcode

Also check that the Xbox Live account, the console and code all match region wise, using different regions for any of them cause issues too.

If you can't find anything wrong and it is still not working, best thing to do is to contact official Xbox Support via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat at Contact Us | Xbox Support they can do a more indepth look into this issue.

MW3 has disc read errors a lot. I have my copy saved to my hard drive, and I still get disc read errors. Not sure how to fix it.
