    Anyone had issues with headset since update


    Am just wondering since the update my xbox headset seems to be playing up.

    When am in the party people hear me clearly but when they talk i either can't hear them all the time or they break up.

    now only had this issue since the update an i have seen others mention it.

    i have tried hard reset and controller update

    Headset not working after update?

    Had the console since launch with no problems with the headset. After the update my headset has stopped working. I cant hear anyone in the headset and the mic does not work. The orange light on the mute does work and if i keep hitting the volume up button
    i will head the beep in the headset. My brother is also having the same problem. Nothing in our network settings have changed since the update. Anyone else having this issue?

    Headset adaptor issues??????

    SInce the latest update my adaptor and turtle beach xo4 won't work no sound no light anyone had this problem.My headset worked great till the update come out.

    Had the headset for 1 month

    Xbox One Elite Controller Headset Issues

    I had a issue simular to this. I updated my elite controller with the headset adaptor and headset plugged in. I haven't had any problems since then. Are you having headset issues with standard controller or only the elite?

    Yep, had the same issue since the last update, only affects the headset that came with XB1, I have some TB XO4's which work fine.

    I think there aware of the issue.

    Huh I've had the headset since launch and have had no issues whatsoever you might just have a defected headset.

    Just an UPDATE to my situation since unplugging the cord for my headset that my cat chewed ive had no futher issues so no need to send my power supply away thanks:)

    Xbox wireless headset not working at all

    My headset suddenly told me i had to charge it with that beeping sound. And when i turned it off and put it to charge it won't charge at all. The red light doesn't come on and i cant even start the headset or do anything with it.

    This is not good at all since ive only had it for a couple of days without any issues. Anyone got the same problems?
    Im having issues with my headset ever since i went to ultimate package n for some reason it say check phone app which i dont have please help cant talk through headset at all
