Anyone got any opinion yet?

im looking for what people think of the dark below for destiny! I'm thinking of getting it but I really think the price they are asking is way to much for what they are offering! I payed $60 for they game and they are asking $25 for a single DLC! It's almost
half the price of the whole game! So I need to know is what they are offering really worth what they asking?

I've got a very strong opinion on this DLC....... it is BS! $25 for one extra level.... boo.... but to lock content I had yesterday (weekly strikes) to spend the $25 for the expansion... Bungie can go pound sand.

 

i haven't played yet, but i'm not hearing good things from a friend that is playing it.

 

Yeh one of my mates just told that there isn't even any new cutscenes in the story missions. This could go on record as the biggest ripoff in DLC history. If this is the direction gaming is going then it might be getting time to call it a day I think!

 

Hmmm... Now I really will have to go see this for myself (I have a special edition of the game with all of the DLC already).

 

My opinion, if you liked the vanilla game and kept at it for no other reason than addiction and the hunt for new guns etc then you'll love it. If your buying it for the new "story" missions then don't bother it will feel like a total rip off.

Me personally I like it, it's given me some new things to grind for and a bit more variety to the grind.

 

I passed and ordered Metro Redux from Amazon for cheaper than the dlc. I can't wait!!

I got an opinion....And didn't believe Bungie's fairy tales since Destiny announcement over a year ago.

No surprise for me,it has been already know since Bungie and Activision signed their deal.

4 games + 2 DLC for each game during 10 years = Not much time to create a lot of contents,storytelling and being innovative.....

But nice for the people who likes and enjoy it.

 

I have not played Destiny yet so I am only going off of what I have heard/read from friends, reviewers, and internet commentators. But my opinion on these types of games that put out a bunch of expensive DLC is that you should wait until after all the DLC
has been released and then buy the GOTY edition. This way you can get everything way cheaper, and you won't have to wait months and months for the next level to be released for $25.

 

The only thing that got me the slightest bit interested is I can supposedly hit the max rank without raiding now? That's pretty much why I stopped, could never get into a raid group and couldn't really progress any further which killed the game for me.

 

So I've been building Dead Orbit rep to get Unwilling Soul..... WTF is Crucible Commendation????? It sure as heck wasn't there yesterday???.....

 

I'm loving our new consoles but I'm really not loving our unfinished games or overpriced dlc
