Currently facing a permanent ban for something i don't completely understand, This has now happened on more than 1 occasion as i seem to receive 2 bans for the price of 1. Previously i have been given communication bans which i completely agree with and
i fully understand why, and why i shouldn't have said these things. On Friday i was issued a 14 day communication ban for calling someone an "idiot" i realise this was wrong and shouldn't have been said but i would happily sit through the 14 day ban for doing
so.

But yet again during a communication ban i have received another 'harassment' ban, this has now happened twice so instead of me receiving 2 communication bans i have received 4 bans! both of these harassment bans are completely unjustified and have now acted
to stack bans to the point i am now permanently banned? i have spent 7 years on this xbox account, thousands and thousands of pounds on games, game add-ons and accessories and now i cant access any of it due to calling someone an "idiot" and having stacked
bans against my gamertag, 500 Characters in a case review was not enough to explain myself. Please, Please take a proper look at these bans and reconsider or just issue me the communication ban as intended, as both of these "harassment" bans make zero sense
to me, i don't understand how i have harassed someone whilst banned and if you check you will see both have hit at the same time as a communication ban? This all seems very extreme to me and now i'm left in limbo with no way to contact enforcement or forums
on my actual account as a permanent ban is across the board. Thank you for your time and consideration.

Please follow through with Daft Badger's advice and post in that section. The PET (Enforcement Team) will respond to you there with the reasoning behind your ban. Please note that threads in that specific section are reviewed before they are published so
you may not see your thread appear straight away.

Alternatively, you can check the email address tied to the account in question, as correspondence will have been sent there for you.

The enforcement team does not use the forums. You would need to go to
http://enforcement.xbox.com to see about submitting a case review.

Keep in mind that investigations do take time.so the ban could be for something that happened weeks or months ago

 

So i'm stuck in limbo? i can't case review due to the decision being upheld, when i didn't even get a chance to properly explain the situation. 500 characters is way too short and there is no other way to contact the enforcement team whilst being permanently
banned.

 

If they upheld their decision, there is nothing else you can do.

 

Can they not have another look at the bans? out of 4 bans there is only 1 i can actually say is justified, or at least can i get some sort of clarity on the situation? of what i've done to lose thousands of pounds worth of games and accessories? Surely i
should at least be granted an explanation.

 

If you filed a case review it has already been looked at many times

That was your one appeal

Before issuing an ban it is reviewed by not one but multiple team's before being issued

Multiple suspensions will eventually lead to a permanent ban.

 

Is there anyway i can be shown what i've done wrong? i'm beyond confused at what i've done to deserve a permanent ban? i understand that multiple bans will lead to a permanent one, but the multiple bans for harassment and communication haven't been explained
to me? as i said before there is only 1 time i can see what i've done has caused someone to report me for communications never can i justify the harassment bans let alone actually be banned for them? any help would be appreciated to just see what i've done
wrong.
