    Anyone experienced major Series X issues?


    1)My xbox has shut completely down aside from the controller on 5 random occasions, twice back to back.

    2) i have major sutter/lag in Cod MW and Cold War (double checked to make sure i had series x version) making it unplayable - i have an xbox one hooked up on the same network which runs these tittles fine with no lag.

    3) my disc drive doesnt recognize Valhalla or that there is a disc inserted when first booted up. I have to eject and reinsert in order to play.

    4)games randomly close in the middle of playing and starts up a totally different game.

    i have tried contacting customer support but they do not call me back. I have tet to see any answers from users or public statements. Is ymhis likely a bug fixable with a patch or do i have hardware issues/damage (maybe from shipping as it came in a box
    without peanuts or cushion at all)

    Xbox Series X Internet Issue

    My wife just got me the same system last week and as of yesterday I've been experiencing this issue. Unplugging the router and plugging it back in after doing that and restarting the whole console it seems to work a few times after that but apparently it's a major issue for a ton of others Xbox series X consoles

    There could be an issue within your console. Since the factory reset didn't work, you can try to perform an Offline System Update according to the official Xbox website: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/hardware-network/console/offline-system-update">https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/hardware-network/console/offline-system-update

    "To use the Offline System Update, you'll need:

    A Windows-based PC with an Internet connection and a USB port
    A USB flash drive with a minimum 6 GB of space formatted as NTFS"

    Xbox Series X Captures do no have Dialogue.

    A Series S is technically different hardware. I haven't seen anyone with a Series S post this issue. They all seem to have a Series X.
