Anyone ever had a suspension because of their son/daughter

recently because of working long hours day and night i decided to be a good dad and allow my 12 year old son to use my account as his live has ran out(never knew about family til recent)ok got a few weeks holiday so decided to take account back. Not long
into gaming i get an enforcement message followed by dieconnection from xbox live.check my account and suspended for a week due to marketplace theft . Put more simply my smart ass son has been using the money i had in my account to purchase microtransactions
then going to xbox chat amd getting refunds with different excuses .8 times he did this . I know this because i asked the chat what may have casued the suspension. I then askes for my suspension to be reviewed and explained it was my son and it was confirmed
my accounts been suspended due to fraudulently claiming refunds. Ie marketplace theft .so i have apologised and asked for the suspension to be lifted and just waiting to see if xbox will lift the suspension or let it carryon foe the week . Juat posting this
to be wary of letting kids k ow your account detaila. They might act dumb but theyre not

More than 1 profile

So if I own the 360 and have Gold. My two children have to share a profile. But if I own the Xbox one then they both can play with diff. profiles . Because my son and daughter both like xbox live and they have their own 360. So they cant play without one
of them having to sign in and play on the others profile. Like my daughter has a different avatar and my son has a diff. avatar. so my daughter has to sign in on my sons avatar or not play live. Is this right. Yes we have gold and have had it for a long time.

suspension

my son received a suspension from Xbox but we don't know why. my son has autism and does not understand what he may have done wrong. if he swore, it's because he learned it while playing on here. when I mentioned to my daughter about the way my son talks
to people on here, she said that everyone talks to one another like that. so, if my son did worse than others, i want to know exactly what this suspension is about.

Yeah Your actually lucky that Microsoft did not permanently suspend your account most marketplace thefts are permanent suspensions.

If you are on the one it has nothing to do with being in the family or not whether you can share the live subscription its a matter of what console is set as your profiles home console. whatever xbox one console is set as your home console any other profile
on that console then can share your digitally bought games and use any subscription that you have on that console.

If it is a xbox 360 each profile on the console has to have its own gold.

I completely understand and honestly it may he a toss up. I have had trouble with every card i have tried to redeem between my son and my daughter. I wont ever let them ask for these ever again. I hope it works out for you.

My son and daughter each have their own xbox one console.

My daughter has never had xbox live, but my son has been an xbox live member for years.

My daughter game shares with my son. Does this affect eligibility?

If it does, i dont see why the offer even appeared in my daughters dashboard, thats kind of false adverstising.
