Anyone else?

So as of yesterday, I purchased and installed ARK:Survival Evloves from the store.

A mere hour later my console starts disconnecting itself from Xbox live and the controller keeps disconnecting and sometimes won't sync back until the batteries have been removed and put back.

Console is less than a year old, though gets heavy runtime, everything is updated and as it should be.

Problem occurs most usually when using an app like crunchy roll or YouTube, it'll just shut down and tell me I need to connect to live, whereupon I immediately speed test my internet and check my connection on multiple other devices always confirming that
my internet is in fact working and has not dropped, and the controller constantly de syncing is wreaking havoc on my ability to play an game at all!

ive been through the usual, reset Everything, power, router, manual sync on controller, left Xbox off for hours on end only to fire it up and experience the exact same issues minutes later.

I read that these were issues a while back, just wanted to know how to fix these problems.

Could be one of a few issues. Either the WiFi band you are using is connected to too many devices, you have interference either from neighbours or something, or you have a faulty WiFi card in your console.

I'd go towards the last two there as your controller keeps disconnecting. A factory reset did sort the issue out for me. I guess sometimes the WiFi drivers get corrupted. If a factory reset doesn't sort it out, your likely looking at having to send your
console in for a service.
