    anyone else trying to redeem there gold card but it just says error with a code and you do what the code tells you to do but it still doesn't work?

    Gears of war 3 code

    is anyone else having a problem trying to redeem the code for gears of war 3 it says there has been an unexpected error. It's from tgears of war 4 I can redeem the other codes but not gears of war 3 anyone have any idea how to get it to redeem

    Error message 80190843

    I purchased 1200 points on Friday from a local game shop. When I come to redeem them I just get the service is down sign and the error message 80190843, I've checked what this error is, but on the Xbox site they say there is no such error code.

    Anyone else had this problem. I've been trying to add my points for 3 days now with no success...

    Hi ,

    Have you tried the code in all capitals?

    Couple of choices you have.

    First one is try to redeem the card online through your account.

    If it still doesn't work try going onto the Microsoft support and double check the code is valid.

    Where did you buy the card? Ours was purchased through Groupon and we are pretty angry. Wondering if they were all defective.

    Hi ,

    Have you tried the code in all capitals?

    Xbox games pass code already redeemed

    Hi I just added $15 gift card to Xbox live and I’m trying to buy game pass but I entered the number on the gift card for game pass to redeem but it says it’s already redeemed
    I also purchased a $50 Xbox gift card and when I tried to redeem the code it says it was already redeemed. I've tried the troubleshooting method and contacting the store I purchased it from via email and I have yet to get a solution. I'm "glad" someone else is having this issue.

    I have the same problem. When I try to redeem my 12 month code it just says that an error occured with XBL and that the code can not be redeemed...
