Anyone else think Enforcement is ridiculous?

I admit in the past I have used foul language directed at other players and been banned for it. I deserved to be banned I guess because I didn't follow the CODE OF CONDUCT. That's all well and good. I got on my console last night and got the xbox enforcement
action message. So I go and check all my messages, no foul language, no harassment, no abusive language, no threats, no nothing. The only thing I did do was talk crap to a few people who spammed/cheesed me with cheap exploitive garbage or people who intentionally
lag during an online match. I'd call them out after the match. that's smack talk, which is permitted by the conduct of conduct. again I said, I wasn't being abusive, no foul language, no homophobic or sexual slurs, I did not spam any of these people with
messages either. I challenged the suspension and I asked them to give me a legit and specific reason why i was banned this time, and this is the response I got;

"This account received a temporary suspension as the result of disruptive behavior or communications. This suspension was issued following an investigation that included consistent community feedback which helped establish a pattern of negative behavior."

This tells me that somebody's feelings got hurt when I told them they weren't really good enough to play because all they knew how to do was cheese me with stuff, so they got their friends together and probably all reported me for????????I have no idea because
the above response doesn't explain the actual reason I was banned. every other time Ive challenged a suspension they give me a very specific reason as to why I was banned. This is ridiculous. I guess its going to be ok for me to want to get even with someone
or just be a jerk, so i'll get all of my friends to report them and get them banned(im saying this hypothetically). I have a feeling that this is what happened, even though code of conduct says its not ok to do that. I only talk to people who play the same
one game that I play, and they only talk to other people who play the same exact game. Its too much of a coincidence for it to not have gone down this way. I understand all the rules and the whole "since you joined xbox live you automatically agreed to
the terms and conditions" bla bla bla. I know all this. However, I don't know why I was banned. I could tell some one to have a nice day, or ask them how the weather is , or if their favorite team won a game, and if that person just happens to be in a bad
mood, or feels like being a jerk, they report me and have their friends report me, it doesn't matter what I said, apparently im getting banned. its also kind of funny that with all this feed back they established a pattern, however my reputation is good.
hmmmm. This is a farce. Enforcement needs to ban people for lagging, cheating, cheesing, spamming-things like that, not because you hurt someone's precious little feelings (without using a slur or being abusive). Anybody else have issues with the way enforcement
is ran?

The Xbox enforcement team does not life ban lightly, does anyone else use your account?

personal information, or other attempts to harass or coerce other players on Xbox Live.

Ok now I really think somebody is messing with me, having their friends report me. There is nothing I can do about this either. I never said anything that would warrant this kind of enforcement action. I think I'm going to buy a playstation. If this
is how xbox is ran, i have a feeling they are going to start losing a ton of customers, especially intense hardcore gamers. what is the point in competitive play if anytime somebody loses or gets their feelings hurt they report people just because they get
their kicks by reporting people.

They're doing their job, so I don't see what the problem is here.

There's a
code of conduct that you agree to follow upon using the Xbox Live services. Violation of those rules lead to negative consequences. Attention is brought to XBLPET when someone reports you.

The code of conduct is not just limited to harassing other players. It also has rules against hacking, phishing, and other illegal/prohibited behavior. You are encouraged to report other people found to be violating the Conduct.

 

that's not much of a reply. I did the case review and the vague answer is what I got. this is the issue I have. I am I supposed to know how to correct my behavior if according to the review answer they gave me I can be banned for doing almost anything.
The enforcement team supposedly reads every single complaint filed. Apparently they don't unless you get reported by enough people. that's the only time ive heard any examples of enforcement actually working. do you understand my very first post? I guess
you don't, or you just don't care because the reply you gave me was as vague as the case review decision the enforcement team gave me. thanks for nothing. have a nice day

 

Here is the problem. The code of conduct is too vague. What do you consider disruptive behavior? trolling? spamming? harassment? ok if im guilty of None of the aforementioned offenses, then what exactly was I banned for? My problem is that they gave
me the vaguest answer they possibly could. I checked my messages, nothing offensive, abusive, etc. I don't cheat, I have no idea what trolling or phishing means. I don't hack or mess with software. I play one or two games and that's it. If you don't understand
my response read my very first post. There is no explanation as to why I was banned. If you see an explanation in the above comments that I originally posted, then your delusional. You cant make rules that are all encompassing, then leave some things
out without explanation. That's not how it works. I applied for the case review and asked them what I SPECIFICALLY did that got me banned. they gave me this answer;

this makes no sense to me. Usually that's what they say when they send you the original enforcement action message. All this tells me is that I made someone angry by beating them at a game and they probably got all their friends to report me. I assume
the reason I got such a vague answer was because enforcement didn't want to own up to the fact that they aren't supposed to just ban people if a bunch of people report them for no reason. I have been banned before but it has been for very specific reasons,
each time I applied for a case review they told me the EXACT OFFENSE i committed and why i shouldn't be doing it. So, no apparently enforcement aren't doing their jobs. the xbox enforcement team needs to be put in check. if your telling me you like xbox
enforcement or that you think they are doing their jobs, then you either work for xbox, or your the type of person that needs a participation trophy or your gonna cry.

This last part of your post is most likely the reason for such a ban and vague answer, especially if you said something verbal and not in a message. And from your first message, you stated that you talked a bunch of crap to some people that were using an
exploit. Now I don't know what you said, but if they took offense to it and reported you, thats most likely what it was for. When your playing online, you have to watch what you say to other people, So did the Enforcement Team do their job? Yes they did, just
because you don't understand why, I again turn you to the quote above from you.
