Anyone else not able to sign in on MSSolitaire Collection?

Since June 15th, I have received, first, error code 1170000 not able to sign into my accounty. Trying to fix that, I would get a frozen "loading" page, then after that I would get "frozen white screen". I was able to fix the frozen white screen from a
girl on this discussion page. It worked so I could play that day only. The next day I was back to error code 1170000. Nothing goes further so I don't know if I still have the freezing problem. What's wrong with this app?? Everyone is having trouble.
Whatcha doing about it MS???

This should fix it (Reset App Data)

This will delete your progress but it will sync back after re-launching if you are playing the game while signed in on Xbox Live. before.

Settings > Apps > Apps & features > Click Microsoft Solitaire Collection > Advance options > Reset

I have the same problem- does it seemed to have happened after the Jan 5 update - that's when my problem started here and with the mssolitaire collection - bugg??

I was able to collect 1 but still have 4 that are glitched. Anyone else having this issue?

You do not need anyone else's account and no one else needs yours. If you are not able to physically sign into a console yourself to make the change, or they cannot physically sign into the console, then you do not do it. It doesn't matter whether the other person is family or not. The rules clearly state not to give anyone your account information.

Hi, is there someone else who uses your Xbox? If so, they may have signed up to the beta. Once someone else on your console signs up, they will be able to download the beta onto their console. Since you didn't sign up, you will not have access to the private
beta forum - however anyone else who signed up on your console will.
