Anyone Else Not able to Put in Codes?

I'm getting the same thing. I even slept through the night, waiting to put in another time, but it doesn't work.

 

Estou mesmo problema, peguei o jogo das gears 4 que vem com os códigos da retrocompatibilidade dos outros gears, quando os códigos aparecem o nome de cada jogo do código digitado, quando a opção de rede, aquela maldita mensagem ''
um erro desconhecido Aconteceu, tente novamente mais tarde '' essa semana peguei um cupom de 12 meses da vida, para minha surpresa fui resgatar o código e novamente uma mensagem de erro, tentei resgatar na linha não pc uma mesma coisa, entrei em contato por
telefone com A microsoft e como comentado aqui no forum, não sabemos o que está acontecendo, estamos tentando resolver, mas sem dar nenhuma definição de quando resolvido o problema, acho que isso é grande descaso com os usuários e logo eu que sempre tive um
grande conceito da Microsoft, decepcionado é pouco !!!

 

I'm also unable to enter a pre-paid code for XBOX live . my old subscription expired this morning .

Guess I won't be online this Christmas at this rate !

 

What's going on here? I have the same problem. Bought an xbox gold membership and it won't take my code. 4th day in now. Are they fixing this?

 

Not ideal on Christmas Morning not having a code that does not work !

 

Same for me. Entered code for minecraft. Accepted but then said 'problem is at our end, try waiting'. Now code is used and can't be entered again. No sign of minecraft anywhere. How will this get fixed Microsoft? Very disappointing

 

I've put in a new live code. It's has been accepted however live not working.

Exact same issue, i have tried renewing the same Xbox live 12 month subscription code multiple times and get "Sorry, but an unexpected error has occurred. The error has been recorded and we will investigate. Please try to redeem your code later."

Yeah me too, I have two separate codes and neither works right now. I had it get approved for a second then an error occurred. Come on XBOX One S, get your stuff together, it's Christmas Day man!

 

I've been trying all morning...a year of Xbox Live gift card that wont work...smh

 

Same trouble here. My son's account expired today and we tried entering a new code for 3 more months and keep getting the same error. What a pain!

 

I am getting the same problem. It says to try again in a few minutes but it never redeems, checked all the solutions online and none of them work

 

Same issue here. I contacted support and was told just to keep entering it everyday until it goes through. Kinda ridiculous for what we all pay for xbox stuff. They do not know an ETA as to when the issue will be fixed.
