    Anyone Else Not able to Put in Codes?


    I have put an Xbox live code in correctly multiple different times. Every time I try and redeem it, it says an unknown error occurred. Are other people seeing this as well?

    The same for me, The support team said to wait... But I'm waiting for 3 days and can't redeem my code.

    I've got my Xbox live to finally work, but got a code for FIFA 17 , it recognised it, but now the games dissapeared and it says code already used, anyone know where it could of gone or what I can do to download the game argh

    im going for the 3rd week waiting for a solution. opened already two cases and just got the same response. "we dont know whats happening and when it will be solved, just wait, we are working on it.". Almost one month to solve this. my console is grabbing
    dust because i cant play it, since my live trial expired. (yeah, bough a brand new one, had two weeks of fun only and now i cant play)
