Anyone else having trouble with Forza Horizon 5 on PC?

2 Days ago, Forza Horizon 5 randomly stopped opening. It gave a pop-up telling me to reinstall it and so I deleted it and tried to reinstall it. now in the present, I'm still getting an error which isn't allowing me to install the game. The Xbox app also knew this was a problem, because when I first opened the app after uninstalling it, it displayed a message saying "Having trouble installing or launching games?" without me doing anything. Error code is 0x00000001

Is this error appearing with every game you try to install? Or only with forza horizon 5?

Also, could you tell me which troubleshooting steps you have done so far to try solve it?

Forza Horizon 3, now also delisted was the first one to have a PC version

You can use the money to purchase Forza Horizon 4 or 5.

Yes. Other games are OK.

Forza horizon 4 is OK too. But I bought it.

And Forza horizon 5 uses Game Pass.

I can start Forza 5 on my PC, can not start on Xbox serious S.
