    Anyone else having trouble signing out/switching profiles?


    If I have more than one profile signed in I sometimes can't sign out of one profile. Pressing the sign out button takes me to my other profile, but then it switches back to the one that should have been signed out. Pressing it rapidly fixes it. Same kinda goes for switching profiles

    Is anyone else having the same issue?

    Xbox Settings say console is connected, but won't sign in to XBL

    Thanks Shurman, been having the same issue as everyone on here - I tried signing out and back in and it signed me in straight away - if anyone else is having trouble, I recommend trying this - never even thought of a simple sign out.

    OK I have to ask if you are on the insider program?. Since this is a extremely odd case. I would suggest getting in contact with xbox support staff about this, in case there is a problem with your account.

    Press billing and accounts >> When virtual assist appears press see other options >> under Password and security press Recover my account >> On step 3 press show contact options >> step 4 chat with xbox support.

    Ya, that is why i had to reset. I have tried to old password recently as well as the new one.
