Anyone else having there elite series 2 power off randomly

I dont have an update and I dont think it has a warranty with xbox I got with game stop and would not like not to not to use it until it's fixed if it's a defect in the controller cause there was a video saying the same thing that's happening to me

try see if have some update on controller, if not have I suggest you find a warranty support

Sounds like a faulty internal battery or maybe a charging problem. Did you try to charge it in the case and also directly plug USB into the controller? If the problem persists then I'd take it back to GameStop and get a new one.

about elite series 2, I think this has more problem....

I have 2 elite series 2, my rubber knobs on the hair trigger locks came off too.

And My 'A' button is very bad..

Did you ever figure this out? Im having the exact same issue with my brand new elite controller series 2. It worked perfectly fine and then just randomly stopped. I can hear everyone else and i can hear myself talking in the mic, but its not picking it
up
