    Anyone else having problems with the menu button after update?


    The menu button on my xbox one contoller doesnt respond when pressed. It lags a bit or acts as if it was being pressed over and over. The button isnt sticky. How do I fix this?

    Anyone else having problems with the menu button after update?

    Hi Vera,

    If you power cycle (support.xbox.com/.../power-cycle-console) the console, does the problem persist or does normal behaviour resume?

    Let us know how you get on.

    If you haven't tried already please give another controller a try or try a wired connection with a USB cable to see if there is any change.
