Anyone else having issues with the YouTube app?

Its been about 2 weeks since this has started, whenever I watch a video on YouTube using the app itself on my Xbox One X I randomly get these green lines on the screen sometimes its just a grey screen however the audio keeps going and the screen goes back
to normal after a few seconds only to go back to those weird patterns after a few minutes. Now these are the steps I've taken to try and fix it if anyone has anything else that might be useful I would love to know.

Uninstalled app and reinstalled app

Tried installing app on external hard drive

unplugged Xbox and plugged back in after 1 minute

performed a factory reset on console

Now I would have just straight up contacted YouTube support but as far as I know that does not exist and the only article remotely similar to my issue only goes to say reinstalling the app might help and I have done that already.

And just to note I have very stable internet my Xbox it self is downloading at 303Mbps and uploading at 21Mbps it is hard wired as well and no other device including desktops and phones have any issues with the Wifi so I am quite certain my internet is not
at fault here.

I also noticed some people have had this issue in the past on the forums I'm also curious if others are still or have recently started having this issue again as well.

Are you by any chance a part of the Xbox Insider Program?

If so, this has been a commonly reported problem specifically pertaining to users that are part of the Insider Program.

You can provide this feedback directly through the app so that this occurrence can be addressed, as well as
visit the Xbox Insiders Reddit page for help on Insider topics.

If you, and your console are not part of the Xbox Insider Program, could you clarify if there have been any other noticeable display glitches when playing 4K games or using 4K content?

I have signed up for the insider program but so far I have only participated in other programs no insider builds of YouTube or the general console updates just for a few games and no no issues what so ever besides the YouTube app Netflix runs fine games
in 4K work perfectly.

It's a known issue, especially on the One X, that's being worked on. For some people it's also happening on Netlflix.

The issue has been reported multiple times and it is being investigates/worked on currently.
