    Anyone else having issues with paying for you xbox gold membership?


    every time i go to pay for my membership, either by debit or checking account, i get a message that says:

    Games with Gold Xbox 360 2/18

    Is anyone else having issues getting Split/Second through Games with Gold this month? My Xbox 360 just says "coming soon" and that Games with Gold is "currently unavailable". My Xbox One just doesn't show the game in Games with Gold at all.

    i want to add in addition to this question, this is the first time i have ever had this issue in the years ive had xbox live. so something new has developed.

    Hi, I'd first recommend visiting https://account.microsoft.com/services/ to review your account information and make sure there aren't any outstanding charges. If that
    looks fine, it might be a different issue regarding billing, and I'd recommend contacting Official Xbox Support at Contact Us | Xbox Support to chat with a billing
    agent. Hope that helps!

    I honestly have no charges on my account, I pay every month for my Xbox live membership, on autopay, they withdrew the money for August, but not for September, I feel like I'm just going to have to call them.

    I'd definitely give them a call then- might be something that only a billing agent can reconcile. Hope you get that all resolved!

    why would you even think trials even are gold memberships?

    it says on the card it is for temporary multiplayer memberships excluding gold exclusives

    if you want full gold membership you must pay like everyone else
