Discus and support anyone else having a TILE problem? My tiles are gone in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I turned on my xbox one this morning & noticed all my tiles on the left & right are gone. all it says is that they may be having an issue on there end....     anyone else having a TILE problem? My tiles are gone


    I turned on my xbox one this morning & noticed all my tiles on the left & right are gone. all it says is that they may be having an issue on there end. Were sorry blah blah.

    Is anyone else having this issue. I tried restarting my Xbox One. Signing in and out. playing with some settings. Nothing. Help

    Pins and content gone

    Anyone else having an issue where you start up your console, and the middle content displays fine, but the content on the side (pins on the left, the 3 vertical promo tiles to the right and the apps/music/movies/games tiles) is gone. I just get a
    message that reads "Having trobule connecting? It might be a problem on our side. We're working on it."



    Normally I'd assume...they're working on it. But it's been like this ever since I got the preview update. Obviously my console is updated to the current build alongside everyone elses, but it just seems weird.

    No Images on Homescreen Tiles and No Video

    Hi,

    Is anyone else having problems not seeing everything on their dashboard? The pictures are missing in the tiles, my friends gamertag pictures will not show and the videos will not play

    I hope someone can help.

    There was an issue with LIVE yesterday evening GMT time that caused this to happen for some of us.

    I believe it's a problem with LIVE.

    Some people insist that doing a "hard reboot" may fix it.

    You might just need to turn everything off at the mains, wait a minute, power it all back up again and find yourself working.

    It might be something with LIVE that won't be fixed until later or tomorrow.

    I am having the exact same problem. Clearing the cache and recovering my gamer tag have not fixed it either. I cannot find any other suggested solution. My tiles for Deals & Games With Gold are gone. I've had that Forza Horizon F&F game as the main featured
    content tile with TMNT and Beyond Gotham below it for nearly 2 weeks.
