Anyone else having a hard time pre-loading their download code for their Guardians Limited ...

I entered my code, twice, and it said, "You are downloading Halo 5 Digital Deluxe" and I clicked confirm, and both times, I got "error processing request, try again later." I entered it once more and it said, "This code has already been used."

I checked my Apps & Games section and sure enough, Halo 5 was on the "Ready To Install," list. I started pre-loading it, but realized it was only for the regular edition and not the Digital Deluxe that the code was confirming I would be downloading and which
comes with the Collectors Edition. So, when I look at the entry in the store, it shows that I no longer have to buy the 59.99(regular version), but I still have to buy the 89.99(digital deluxe) version.

Well no it only applies to the 250 dollar collectors edition disks which are 250 bucks band came with the code and physsical guardian statue

Limited edition consoles only come with the 100 dollar limited edition games which came with a physical disk if bought seperately

Download only for consoles

The limited collectors edition is thenonlg one that can be exchanged andnthenobky one announced

To answer your question. No. You can't unless someone you know pre-ordered the digital version and/ or got the collectors limited guardian edition, which is a digital copy, and they signed into your Xbox and preloaded it there under their account. I did
that for my wife. She is getting a physical copy and I am getting digital. I installed it on hers, too, so she won't have to wait for install/ update.

 

I didn't get an error as you describe. However I noticed the same thing with the game. Code confirmed digital deluxe edition. However in the store I see the same thing. The only reason I even noticed is because the "Halo 5: Guardians - Digital Pre-Order
Bonus" was not installed with the game, the fall of reach, and the REQ pack.

I see the same thing as you the 59.99 standard version is listed like it was purchased, the digital deluxe is still showing up as a purchasable product. And the aforementioned pre-order bonus is listed as bundle only. So I can't just manually download it.
Not sure what's up at the moment.

 

Same problem for me as you Staarrlord and Vegito Chan. Finished work early to go pick up my pre-ordered LCE. Rushed home, scratched the box through haste in opening :-(, entered code and on screen confirmation for Digital Deluxe but downloaded standard
edition with no Warzone or Pre-order REQ packs.

Hopefully someone can post here with a solution before the 27th

 

To clarify, the REQ pack, and the fall of reach did download and install for me. The digital pre-order bonus did not. As I understand it, this is the armor and weapon skin advertised as a pre-order bonus with many retailers.

 

Mine eventually had the installable packs listed separately in my Games And Apps section. They did not auto install. Right good scare, that. My only outstanding issue, is my Gamestop pre-order code, which I claimed through Xbox.com, the content never showed
up on my Xbox. I had the Xbox in sleep mode, over the night and the downloads still aren't there. I only have the Deluxe DLC that I later installed after the game downloaded, as being the only Halo 5 game data. The only reason why I claimed my GS code online,
is because it's much easier to type on keyboard.

 

Dang, I'll need to check when I'm home after work. Before I left for work it was only the standard edition of the game that had downloaded and nothing else, there was nothing in download queue either. I also checked my games and apps section where only
the standard edition of Halo 5 Guardians was residing :-(

Hopefully they are when I'm home. I am not paying another £69.24 for essentially the Warzone REQ packs and Fall of Reach animated series (which think I sawI listed as £10 on Amazon UK open for pre-order)

Woo hoo, there they were, under 'Manage Game' in the 'Ready to install' bit. Warzone REQ pack, pre-order REQ pack, Fall of Reach, MC Controller DLC, then something called MARCOM which I guess is Locke's armour etc which was the pre-order bonus from Game
through the printed till receipt they gave me.

Panic over, that was a right good scare for me too.

I still have an issue. I redeemed my Gamestop DLC code on Xbox.com, two days ago...instead of on my Xbox. I thought It would be faster to type in 25 characters on PC, versus the stupid control pad. It says it successfully activated, but it never pushed to
my consoles. I still only have Warzone REQ, Fall of Reach animated series, and Pre-order Bonus that my collectors edition originally comes with with. I have two Xbox's because me and the wife play, and I don't see the Gamestop DLC showing up on either...just
the same 3 DLC pieces.
