Anyone else have this issue?

On my x1 it says I have a message but I don't. My 360 doesn't show a message. This is driving me nuts. I have a weird ocd and I can't stand seeing that I have a message.

In Blops 1 I had no issues getting a bunch of the higher Killstreaks (Attack Chopper, Blackbird, Chopper Gunner, and occasionally Dogs) pretty regularly. This time around, not so much. I haven't tried setting a Scorestreak higher than the Lightning strike
though, and I have gotten that several times.

On the other hand I haven't seen near as much stuff being used this time around either. I've shot down maybe 3 stealth choppers. I've seen maybe 2 orbital VSATs. I haven't seen a lodestar. Or Dogs. Or any other insanely powerful SS. Kinda makes the
game boring IMO. There just seems to be something "off" about the scorestreak setup in this game.

When I play the new Mortal combat any character i choose just starts jumping in place when I didnt hit any buttons. it seems to happen at the worst times in the game. it also happens at the player select screen it will keep moving to the characters on its
on. I thought maybe it was the controller but I tried another one and the same thing. im on chap 16 of story mode fighting Shao Kahn and i can barely do any moves because Raiden starts jumping in place right away.

 

I'll do you one better- For the past 4 days I've randomly started getting "Installation stopped" popping up. Installation of what? Good question. It has no identification of any kind. Now THAT is annoying for someone with OCD, of which I also have a touch.

 

I have a phantom message as well for about a month.

 

Oh no this will drive me insane.

 

lol. I noticed this as well today.

 

If your not in the preview programme there is a chance someone has sent you a message with a video/game clip attached therefore you can't see it causing the phantom message.

 

Ah ok I'm not in the program. Oh this will drive me nuts.

 

Interesting the message isnt really a bother for me. I thought it might of been a 360 message but I have no messages. I did delete a few messages using smart glass (not connected to the XboxOne) maybe it has some connection to smart glass. Some sort of bug?

 

he just has a open message open all your messages and it should go away

 

Tried that opened messages on x1 360 website and my tablet and phone Smartglass apps lol oh well. I'm thinking it's a message from a preview person like someone mentioned.

 

I only say this because as I'm in the program I have received a few but they don't show up as a message on Smartglass iOS or on Xbox.com. I then notice a message and it's one of these types which I can then see. Get someone in the preview to send one and
see if you end up with 2, just to drive your OCD right off the scales

 

My wife used to annoy me with this in world of Warcraft. Before she'd meet me to quest she'd send me mail. Knowing it drove me crazy lol. I actually became an engineer in that game for the portable mail box haha. If anyone is in the preview and would like
to send me one of those vidoe messages to test this out let me know.

 

I've had the phantom message issue way before the media stuff was announced. Might try and redownload my profile to see if it disappears.
