Anyone else going all Digital?

i'm a older gamer and getting some of my games as digital has nothing to do with being lazy, that's like saying people that use GPS instead of a map are lazy, or using a dish washer instead of washing them by hand are lazy, this is all a part of the ever
changing world of technology.

different strokes for different folks, no need to call people lazy just because you don't agree.

Hey I'm just a physical freak, because I don't trust the big industries with my purchases. Just like the td bank thing a couple yrs ago, a lot of people lost a lot if not all access to theirs accounts/money. Same goes for digital, I just don't trust, That's
it. Now what happens if something big crashes Microsofts servers, everyone with digital would be s.o.l.. I may not have my DLC, but I have my games. I don't even buy digital music, I still buy the discs.

Digital games are still overpriced on Xbox One, but yeah I bought BF4 and Titanfall as digital downloads on Xbox one.

 

Which is fine, I'm just saying to not call digital adapters lazy because I'm willing to bet that most are not, more likely that they enjoy the convenience of not having the clutter, or could even be a game changer for someone with a disability.

For me, I also like that I don't have to deal with GameStop as much and their sales tactics when I do get a digital game

 

Full Bass, you do not have to be online to use your digital copies. You also download them to your hard drive, which means is MS' servers go down, you can still play your games (just not online, same as people with the physical copy).

 

I want to get most my games digital because I can switch from game to game with my voice, but as long as physical copies are cheaper I will go that route. I think with Games with Gold and the Gold discounts where Microsoft have
stated certain titles will be 35-75% off more and more people will go digital.

 

All digital for me so far and doubt that will change. Only way I'll THINK about a physical copy is if a game franchise I really love comes out with a awesome Collectors Edition (Dead Space, Borderlands to name a few). Other than that, strictly digital

 

I'm already all digital. Give me call of duty advanced warfare now with pre download and im in like flin.

Not all games because I only have normal ADSL Broadband speeds with Telecom NZ, which in my country, only averages around 7.9mbs down and 0.9mbs up. Forza COD and BF4 are pretty big game files, and my household has a data cap 80GB/month I still can watch
a lot of Youtube videos with it though and since I'm on my Xbox 360 more than on my Xbox 1, the data cap hasn't been an issue for me. Others say why you have a data cap. They just cant accept that for me, I'm comfortable with it and don't even use it all up.
I do have some games digitally though. On 360 it's Happy Wars, Minecraft, World of Keflings and a few others, and on Xbox 1 it's Powerstar Golf, Halo Spartan which is FREE this month, Zoo Tycoon. Will get Minecraft Xbox 1 Edition digitally though.

 

No, not all digital, I do get the "arcade" type games and the odd GwG, but day one retail, never, not at the current prices, I get more for my money by buying a disc and then trading or selling for new, unless it's a collectors game, like the Halo Legendary
or other special editions, I tend to just keep those.
