Anyone else getting a Error code: SBOX_FATAL_MEMORY_EXCEEDED on the Edge browser?

When I usually view deviations on Deviantart, it doesn't happen constantly but It will trigger the sbox_fatal_memory_exceeded error message because the website runs out of memory if too many images are loaded but if I watch youtube videos for a hour and close Microsoft Edge, the Xbox will stop recognizing any inputs from my controller and the same thing also applies to the dashboard and settings app.

It could be there is an error on that page currently.

Usually if I get that error, I try using EDGE browser, this usually resolves the issue.

Exact same thing is happening to me. Edge app on xbox one exceeds memory when playing a video on most websites over 720p. Get the error (SBOX_FATAL_MEMORY_EXCEEDED). Have to refresh the page to resume the video and it happens every 10 minutes. It doesn't appear to happen when watching Youtube for some reason, but every other video streaming website I tried, it happened. I can only asume something was messed up in the last edge update. I've tried every troubleshooting technique, even factory resetting console. This has to be an issue with edge. Until they get this fixed it seems you can still watch in 720p without any problems. I suggest reporting it to edge. Click the 3 dots in the top right, go down to help and feedback, and then send feedback. If they get a few reports they should look into it.

Hello Erikas, sorry to hear you're having trouble with your controller.

When setting up the repair what is the error code you get? Have you tried using a different browser such as Chrome or Edge if you aren't using those already?

The question still stands thou; why is that icon still showing since the browser is updated to the latest version for that system. To me it seems that the mechanics behind on how and when the icon shows in the edge browsers code is at fault cause this shouldn't allow the icon to show if the web browser is up to date based off what download channel one uses for their system of choice, but it seems that the Edge chromium code can't tell that it is updated to the latest version for the xbox even thou the app has access to the Xbox Live servers, to be able to check this. So in my technical opinion the code that is meant for checking if Edge is updated to the latest version should get a hotfix or the Xbox should get the same Edge maintenance services that Windows can use to do that task. Sadly since this a low priority hot fix I don't see this happening in the next couple of web browser major versions even thou its needed.
