Anyone else able to locate a headset adapter? WTF

I won't rant, but I'm pretty *** off at the following:

1- the controller did not initially work with aftermarket headsets with the xbox one release... PS4 no issue at all.

2- we had to wait what... like 4 months until they released an adapter

I can make a longer list but I won't... the problem here is where are all these things? I mean c'mon... it shouldn't be this difficult to get official support from microsoft so why they only released these adapters in small initial amounts is baffling.
So I picked mine up at Best Buy the day it released (ordered online and picked up). Got home and someone had taken the main part out of the box and put it back on the shelf and my sorry a*& was the one that ended up buying it! Now, I can't find one... ANYWHERE
at any BB or Gamestop, etc in like a 30m radius. Stupid. How else am I going to yell at little kids for camping too much?!?!

anyone else able to get into uplay?

I am in Australia uplay wont work when i try to load it it also just says its unavailable check later wtf is going on?

 

Anyone with a One able to answer this question?

i can not connect to party chat?!?! keeps saying try again later......headset works green light flashes when i talk but can not party up?!?!? wtf? any help would be great. is anyone else having these issues?

 

I posted a topic about the headset adapter being pretty much impossible to locate as well. I preordered at Best buy, with store pick up, and still wasn't able to get it. My order there hangs in limbo, and no one around here has them in stock, nor can I find
anyone who has them online.

 

So ridiculous. They had xbox one's out the ying yang around release day and they can't make enough friggn' adapters for everyone?!? Pathetic.

 

With all the issues I have been hearing about with the adapter having heavy static/pop issues and some drop offs of sound. I suspect they may of discovered some flaw in them late and stopped production.

If that isn't the case, I have no idea what the issue is with them not meeting the demand on the product.

 

Yea, I was just going to ask... can anyone confirm that these works with the Astro A50's? I'm really getting tired of companies releasing half assed product (ie, Microsoft \ EA)

According to that page, yes, it should work with the adapter.

 

been calling Gamestops in area, everyone is sold out with no ETA on when they're getting any more in. I'm a little suspicious now too, I bet there is a revised batch coming out judging on all the complaints.
