    Anybody know how to make a formal complaint about chat room staff and the company in general?


    I wish to make a formal complaint about Xbox membership not being clear about auto renewal and retention of car d details and also about appaulling staff on the chat room service. I've have been told their escalation process is to post on a forum! When I
    pushed them they gave me an address in America! This cannot be right? Am I best to go through trading standards as I feel they have breached the consumer protection act?

    Dear xbox live i would like to know how i can make a formal complaint about xbox live enforcement team as their lack of concern for other as put them in a very high pedestal i have repeatedly informed them that my account was affectevly used with out my
    permission and i ahve been banned for something i have not done and yet i am being treated and punished with the severaty of someone who has moded or done something that would break the laws of the code of conduct i ahve been rudly dismissed over and over
    by the enforcement team and i wish to put forward a formal complaint for this outrageos amount os incompitance and complete disregard for customer service this is unacceptable and someone has to get fired because this is not how such a big company is meant
    to treat LOYAL customers and legitamate gamers i am not a modder and i never have been so i refuse to lose my account over something i had no knowladge or control over, so any information on how i can make a formal complaint about this outrage will be very
    much oblidged.

    Please read the rules about posting Gamertags in complaints.

    Make sure you make a formal complaint on your Player feedback.

    You can also block those guys in the same manner.

    Were you chatting with an Ambassador or with an official Staff person? Usually the best bet is to post in the feedback forums. What was the chat about in terms of issues?

    Well depends billing issues cannot be helped by chat ambassadors

    Billing issues is handled by phone and offical chat support

    Subscription Memberships do clearly state they will turn autorenewal on when you make the purchase

    It is also clearly stated in the terms of use

    In order to have a renewing membership you need a billing account upto date

    If you are on monthly you cannot remove it till thr end of the month

    3 month and 1 year can be renoved but the remainder of the paid period is paid in prepaid codes

    Vs 1 month where there is no less then 1month except trials butyou dont want to go trial due to thhe limitations. Vs compared to paid

    Autorenewal is clearly stated in bold and same size text beneath the purchase button ulwhen yoj buy the subscription

    The only way to go pay as you go is prepaid cards which you would pay full price unless you get a deal

    I wish to make Formal complaint as well, I owned an Xbox for little over a month, bought Xbox live on the auto renewal, cancelled when sold the Xbox, then a month later I'm charged out of my account, online turning off the auto renewal fails so I start
    a "live chat" guy tells me it's all done and turned off, now months later my account is in its overdraft due to 6 months worth of live going out, start another live chat, this goes on for 40 minutes the guy is useless and then just stops replying, all I want
    is to cancel the payments delete my account and never turn on an xbox again

    What happened?

    If you have a gripe, I would call the freephone number and ask to speak to a supervisor. If one isn't available, you can ask for one to call you back.
