    Anybody here who can help out with technical issues on the site?


    I've been on my account online and I'm trying to do a few things. First, I just created a new xbox live account, but when I try to change the gamertag the buttons are unresponsive and do not load, switch pages, or do anything that might be construed as functioning.
    This same thing is happening when I try to search for friends or redeem my xbox live code. Anybody know how I can get the website to function like it's supposed to? I tried Microsoft support but they have nothing that deals with this issue.

    Switching to another browser or clearing you cookies and cache, can sometimes help.
