    same here, says the same thing to me too has been since 2-3 alpha updates ago (almost a months time) now.

    Hello, at times I experience this out of the blue. I've went as far as talking account off only to realize it wont let me add it back. So this is a glitch at times. I would just keep trying. If still giving trouble after a while unplug console and internet
    wait until power goes out then replug. Once everything reboots try again. Just be patient even though it can be very frustrating...it will work again!!

    Try hard resetting your Xbox (hold Xbox button on your console for 15 secs) Then restart your Xbox, hope this helps
