Anybody else having trouble with Ghosts?

I'm having a hard time getting into this game. It seems that there's a little bit of lag whenever I engage other players causing me to die almost instantly. It happens all of the time. I'll aim and shoot at my target, but the bullets just won't connect even
though I'm aiming right at them. Is anybody else getting this? I've never had this problem before in any of the other games. Earlier, I was strafing someone with the MTAR and I'm aimed right at their body, but I could see my bullets lagging behind the target
and never actually hitting.

Lag is a big part on any COD game just have to live with at times lag is bad and at times no lag.

 

You cannot see your bullets 'lagging behind the target and never actually hitting'.

Start checking the locations of players you play with to start to develop an understanding of why you're having issues and check any other potential issues you may have.

This was the least amount of lag I've seen in a call of duty game...but I stopped playing about a month ago. When I got back on today I was getting the weird insta-deaths. Dying before bullets hit me, dying 3 solid steps around a corner. Maybe it was
just a fluke? I hope the patches didn't mess anything up. Or maybe it's because the pop is dwindling?

 

The patches never fix the lag. They've done a good job of hiding the lag on this one but that doesn't stop a lot of deaths feeling so unfair.

When you die and the screen jumps back three steps to show your death actually happened before you turned the corner where the person who killed you was hiding...it's just annoying.
