Anybody else having issues installing Arkham Knight?

So I started the installation of Arkham Knight at around 12pm mst and as of about 30 minutes ago I was at 6% completion, on top of that my Xb1 keeps freezing anytime I try and change the settings or even if it sits just waiting to install. I'm extremely
frustrated and am now questioning my own decision on buying the xb1 as this is not the 1st time I've had install issues. I've restarted the console 15 times including disconnecting power from the wall and the manual restart in the settings. Is anybody eles
having this issue? Or anybody have any suggestions as I'm very frustrated and miss when you could put a disc in the console and just start playing, it was one of the best parts of Xbox, now this *** takes the fun out of gaming. Any suggestions or should I
just give up on Xbox as I'm kind of sick of dealing with this?

Have you checked the in-game settings, they have a habit of going walkabout.

Try installing the game while offline.

 

Since the last update (Preview) there is no reason to "go offline", when installing games it tells you if there's a update and gives you the option of installing/declining. I've installed Halo: MCC, Lego: Marvel Super Hero's, and reinstalled Ghosts in the
last three days without going offline...just declining the update until the main game installs of disc.

 

I've managed to get the game installed, however, I'm experiencing a different issue. It'll go to the title screen, then it searches for save games. There aren't any for Batman, as I just received my copy via UPS this evening and I'm wanting to get started
on it. The background scrolls through the different close-ups of Batman and his armor/ equipment. But as it goes through those images, it still is looking for save games. I have the game and the DLC (season pass, Harley DLC, and New 52 Skins) installed on
an externally connected 3 TB Seagate drive. I've even shut off and restarted the Xbox One only to experience this again and again.

Did the search for save games take forever for anyone else? How long did it take before you finally got to play?

FYI - I am running on the Xbox One Preview dashboard.
