Anybody else going through controllers?

It can't possibly be just me, but I'm going through controllers like crazy. Five controllers in just over a year? Problems range from buttons that quit working (specifically X,A, and the trigger and bumpers), to thumbsticks that seem to lose calibration
or something and constantly cause the screen view to shift or the controlled object to be in constant motion. I've even had one that had to be re-synced to the console every time I turned it on. I'm not hard on them- hell, I'm still using the original controllers
on my 360 and PS3 consoles with no problems what so ever. Are the XBOne controllers just made cheaper or something? Seriously getting tired of shelling out $60 for a controller every few months...

Minecraft menu interaction slow

The menus are loading really slow. It certainly takes longer going through the menus than before. Anybody else have this problem.

I'm on my 3rd first one the A was sticking which is why I replaced it but is still useable the 2nd one is fine but was replaced when the elite came out. On average I replace them once a year hopefully this elite lasts longer though

 

I have yet to have any problem with my three
DAY 23 controllers for my Xbox One. Maybe I'm not playing rough enough?

 

Day 1 controller started to drift. My wife's controller ended up with a faulty DPad.

Lots of people are complaining that their controllers are going faulty. Some people will be abusing them and as probability is an exact science I would say you are probably abusing yours if you've been through that many.

That being said the ONE is the only console I've ever had to replace a controller on and I've been playing games since the days of pencil, dice and paper.

 

I know many people that have gone through multiple X1 controllers. They feel cheaply made, especially the bumpers.

 

Azrael008uk, no abuse on these controllers. They don't get dropped, thrown, beat on, or slammed around. If they did, I could see having issues. But I had one controller (the third one, I think) start puking out after 2 weeks, probably less than 30 hours
of play on it. And probability is NOT an exact science- no science is exact, otherwise we would have answers and cures for everything. And as for dice and paper games, 1st Edition D&D veteran here.

 

I'm on my second, had console since launch day. The issue I had on my first one was the click to run on the left stick. This for me is somewhat expected since about all I play is FPS. Here recently though I'm having more and more issues getting the controller
synced up. Not sure why since my setup has never changed?

 

The console I got with the controller. That only thing I have problems' with the controller. Is the micro USb port. Other then that. It still okay controller.

My Day 1 controller served me well up until recently when I decided to get the Halo 5 Master Chief controller. No issues to report.

 

Even though I've dropped my controller a hundred times, it still works perfectly well.

 

not yet, was using my day one controller everyday until i got my Elite controller, no drifting, no sticky buttons, bumpers are still clicky, the non-elite controllers do feel cheap to me, but i have not had any issues with the build quality of my day one
controller and i was actually going through 360 controllers faster, i'd say average of 1 per year.

 

My day One controller was problem free until a few months ago when I dropped it hard on one of the bumpers, my fault nothing to do with the controller. Replacement new controller was a sturdier build and was working perfectly. Had to replace console
so got an Elite model with the Elite controller and I can confirm it is Elite.

 

I haven't had one pooch out yet, but I get that problem with them no syncing all the time. Turn the console on and the controller light just blinks until I sync it.
