Any word on a fix for the console updates that make some games hitchy?

It's been roughly a couple of months since some console updates rolled out that cause some games to be very hitchy and have framerate issues for some users. The older topic I posted in has started to drop and become kind of hard to find that talks about
this issue (here's a link to it for the interested: Link)

I and many others have done the trouble shooting asked of us and it still seems to be a problem with no real word on if the powers that be at Xbox are actually aware or what's being done. Clearing the cache, unplugging the console, cycling the router only
seem to be temp fixes, is there any new information for us or are we just going to be in a holding pattern until something happens?

Hey there, it's been months since this issue has cropped on with no real word about what is being done. Information has been "collected" from users but it still seems to be an issue. Since the August/September console updates games have experienced lag/frame
drops to a worrying degree. Not for all users but for some and the way it seems to happen is almost like a memory leak. It's fine for a few hours and then starts to get bad and the only way to temporarily fix it is to do a power cycle but then repeats the
problem anew.

I'll put a link below to one of the threads I participated in with other users about this issue that seems to just be getting ignored. I know whatever this issue may not be easy to isolate and figure out what it is but the consistent silence is getting incredibly
annoying that I'm starting to lose patience. I could get a new Xbox but what if the problem happens AGAIN at some other undisclosed point and time for "reasons." and we're politely told to go screw ourselves in the form of silence?

Could we please get some fresh eyes on this and some proper dang answers other then vague assurances of "a team is doing something!"? Also I'm going to link to another thread of a guy who participated in the thread with me and in the last 24 hours has had
some worrying issues with his xbox. He had the same issues as me and the last thing he did (that I did as well) was that our e-mail address were going to be directly forwarded to an investigation team and they would reach out to us but never did. The last
person to talk to me about it (and him as well I would assume) is someone named "Mister Cizl" and since then absolutely nothing. I have no idea if any of Ephidel's new problems are in any way directly related to any of this but I figured it would be worth

I know this post was long and wordy but can me and others like me with this issue not continued to get ignored? I spend a lot of good money with MS and generally have no problems with support but this entire thing has been ridiculous. I'm not demanding a
pound of flesh or anything like that, I just want some answers on anything that might be done about this instead of half-measures and silence.

I would appreciate some actual assistance for once tbh. I don't have a lot of options left. Sure, the framerate issue is reduced for me (not eliminated though), but far worse, now I'm getting multiple problems with my system, including being randomly signed
out, losing connection without knowing it and having my save data corrupted.

And for the record, MANDATORY Cloud Saves are a TERRIBLE idea, as I said back when it was announced. Give me something that does NOT rely on a stable internet connection to the Western United States to actually work!

 

I think not even know them the cause of the problem, there are two months that this anomaly and Microsoft does not respond !!!! the only solution is to consult a good lawyer.
