    Any word from Microsoft about the faulty update?


    I've been completely locked out from my console for over 3 days now. I tried every bit of troubleshooting possible. My last effort to get back on was to try a reset. This only resulted in making my console literally do nothing but try to apply the update
    every time I startup. This is extremely frustrating especially because as far as I can tell this has been a problem for multiple weeks, and still no word from Microsoft.
    Please fix this soon!!

    Xbox.com profile     and I can see that you're watching some Netflix. Seems like the update going live to the public helped your console along, yes? If you're still having issues, post back and we'll see what we can do. If you have questions related to Preview
