    Hi I'm interested in documenting my daily Xbox usage. It seems the Xbox Family App allows you to do that for a child's account but is there a way to use it to document the usage of the parent account?

    I'm not 100% sure in what you are trying to achieve here. I presume you are trying to create a Microsoft Family?

    After you have created your sons account, you need to add it to your own account to create the family group. Have you tried using the Xbox family app?

    This is an excellent way of making sure your account, your son's account and the family group are working and connected correctly.

    I already have done that. Microsoft said that there isn't anything they can do to track it at all. I just want to know if there is another way

    Have the police contact Microsoft - they work with the police all the time to attempt to track it down, but the request has to come from the police - they can't do anything if you are the one to contact them.
